Jin Hanshuang set aside her phone. “Yes.”

After Lu Yunshu entered, Jin Hanshuang rolled onto her stomach and propped her chin up with her hand. She said with a lazy smile, “Since when did you need permission to enter your own room?”

Lu Yunshu, dressed in a loose pair of pajamas, sat down on the edge of the bed and gently tucked Jin Hanshuang’s hair behind her ear, softly saying, “For now, it’s yours.”

Jin Hanshuang’s smile grew. “Where did Yunshu sleep last night?”

Lu Yunshu responded, “In the guest room.”

Jin Hanshuang understood. “Ah~”

Then she said, “Our puppy is so well-behaved.”

“How?”

“Giving up your room for jiejie instead of sharing it.”

Lu Yunshu was stunned.

Jin Hanshuang’s smiling eyes were curved like crescents. There was a mix of seriousness and playfulness in her beautiful features, like she was hinting something obvious but also teasing Lu Yunshu.

Slowly, Lu Yunshu understood.

“Next time, I won’t give up my room to jiejie,” she said.

Hearing this, Jin Hanshuang smiled even more joyfully.

“Okay, okay, next time.” Jin Hanshuang sat up.

Lu Yunshu’s eyes sparkled, filled with anticipation.

This was the first time she was having breakfast with the person she loved.

Jin Hanshuang smiled. She stroked Lu Yunshu’s face gently. “Good thing I didn’t sleep in today, or else you would have gone hungry.”

Lu Yunshu nuzzled lightly into Jin Hanshuang’s palm, her gaze tender. “It’s okay if you sleep in. There’s always next time. We have plenty of next times, right?”

She was seeking confirmation again.

Jin Hanshuang’s expression softened instantly.

She responded against her will, “Yes.”

She cupped Lu Yunshu’s face with both hands. “Alright, jiejie will get up now. Let’s have breakfast together~”

Lu Yunshu nodded with a smile. “Let’s have lunch together too.”

Jin Hanshuang: “?”

Lu Yunshu said, “And dinner as well.”

Jin Hanshuang looked at her.

Lu Yunshu continued, “You can stay overnight at my place, and we can have breakfast together again in the morning.”

“You won’t kiss me?” The pitiful puppy turned up the dial. “Even after I already learned how to breathe properly…?”

Yesterday, this puppy was so nervous during her first kiss that she forgot how to breathe when the kiss deepened.

She was so happy now, her heart completely filled with Jin Hanshuang.

It was wonderful that they too could have such happy circumstances.

On her phone, the group chat was still active.

Her three friends discussed everything, from the type of food they were eating, to fun activities they had recently done, to the strange things that had happened to them.
